Thai Spicy Grilled Pork Salad (Moo Nam Tok)
Ingredients:
- Spring Onion
- Coriander
- Culantro
- Pork
- Red Onions
- Chili Powder
- Roasted Rice Powder
- Lime
- Peppermints
- Care Choice seasoning powder (Happy Meal)
Directions:
- Step 1:
Boil water and add Care Choice seasoning powder (Happy Meal). Once the water boils, add the pork and stir until it is cooked. Remove from stove.
- Step 2:
Add chili powder and roasted rice powder to the cooked pork. Season the mixture with lime juice and stir to combine. Adjust the taste according to your preference.
- Step 3:
Add sliced red onions, spring onions, coriander, and culantro, as well as peppermints to the pork mixture. Mix everything together.
- Step 4:
Transfer it onto a plate and serve the dish with fresh vegetables.
