Stir-Fried Pork Belly in Red Chili Paste
Ingredients:
- Chinese Long Beans
- Pork Belly
- Red Chili Paste
- Spur Chili
- Kaffir Lime Leaves
- Vegetable Oil
- Care Choice seasoning powder (Stir-fry)
Directions:
- Step 1:
Heat a pan and add vegetable oil. Once heated, add the red chili paste and stir-fry until it becomes fragrant.
- Step 2:
Season the mixture with Care Choice seasoning powder (Stir-fry), using about 1-2 teaspoons or as needed.
- Step 3:
Add the pork belly to the pan and stir-fry until it is fully cooked. Then, add the Chinese long beans and kaffir lime leaves, and stir-fry them together.
- Step 4:
Taste the dish and adjust the seasoning according to your preference. Once done, turn off the heat and transfer the everything to a serving plate.
