Kimchi Soup with Egg Tofu
Ingredients:
- Kimchi
- Napa Cabbage
- Carrots (not for keto)
- Various Types of Mushrooms
- Baby Corns
- Bok Choy
- Egg Tofu
- Egg
- Care Choice seasoning powder (Original for Clean Diet)
Directions:
- Step 1:
Boil water and add napa cabbage, carrots, various types of mushrooms, baby corns, and bok choy.
- Step 2:
Once the water boils again, add the kimchi. Season the soup with 1-2 teaspoons of Care Choice seasoning powder (Original for Clean Diet), or adjust the amount to your taste.
- Step 3:
Add the egg tofu followed by the eggs. Allow them to cook for a moment.
- Step 4:
Ladle the soup into bowls and it’s ready to be served.
