Sour Carp Soup (Kaeng Som with Carps)
Ingredients:
- Carps
- Southern Curry Paste
- Curry Shrimp Paste
- Lime
- Care Choice seasoning powder (Soup)
Directions:
- Step 1:
Boil water. Add the Southern curry paste and curry shrimp paste. Stir to dissolve them together.
- Step 2:
Once the soup is boiling, add the sliced carps and continue boiling until the fish is cooked.
- Step 3:
Season the soup with Care Choice seasoning powder (Soup), approximately 1-2 teaspoons or adjust according to your preference. Squeeze in some lime juice.
- Step 4:
Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning as desired. Turn off the heat, ladle into bowls, and serve.
