Stir-Fried Tofu and Thai Eggplants
Ingredients:
- Thai Eggplants
- Tofu
- Oyster Sauce
- Southern Yellow Curry Paste
- Red Chili
- Basils
- Care Choice seasoning powder (Vegetable Stir-fry)
Directions:
- Step 1:
Heat a pan and lightly spray it with oil. Add the red chili and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Step 2:
Add the southern yellow curry paste to the pan. If the mixture appears dry, you can add a little water. Stir to break up the curry paste. Next, add the Thai eggplants and stir-fry until they are well cooked.
- Step 3:
Add the firm white tofu to the pan and continue stir-frying.
- Step 4:
Season the dish with Care Choice seasoning powder (Stir-fry) and oyster sauce.
- Step 5:
Finally, add the basils to the pan and stir-fry everything together to combine the flavors. Serve the dish.
