CARE CHOICE was born from the vision of a young architect who dreamed of providing Thai people with safe and healthy alternatives to traditional seasoning powder. With unwavering determination, he embarked on a journey to turn his dreams into reality. He made the bold decision to resign from his full-time job and dedicated over three years to overcoming various obstacles in the development and invention of chemical-free vegetable-based seasoning powder. By adhering to the principles of #no MSG and #no preservatives or chemical substances, he firmly believed that “good health and deliciousness should always go hand in hand”. Finally, the day of Care Choice arrived, marking the realization of his dream. Care Choice emerged as a new and exciting option for those who prioritize their well-being, embracing the slogan “Delicious, Worry-free, No MSG” because CARECHOICE = being delicious and good for health.

We were sorry seeing fresh vegetables left behind in the factory. This unfortunate outcome is a result of the rigorous sorting and trimming processes aimed at delivering only premium-grade vegetables to the food industry. However, despite not meeting the industry’s strict standards in terms of shape and size, these vegetables remain undeniably beautiful and fresh. Their inherent value should not be overlooked or dismissed.

Hence, we immersed ourselves in the exploration and investigation of creating a seasoning powder that incorporates vegetables as the primary ingredient, while abstaining from the use of MSG and preservatives. Our objective was to offer Thai people healthy, safe, and chemical-free options for their seasoning preferences.

Subsequently, we explored the seasonings available in the market, only to discover that they all contained MSG, preservatives, flavorings, colors, and a myriad of other unfamiliar substances. Such a delightful taste undoubtedly comes at the expense of long-term health.

Armed with all the gathered information, we began our endeavor…. with an unwavering belief that good health and deliciousness should always go hand in hand.

Before transforming into a chemical-free vegetable-based seasoning powder, it took us over three years to embark on a flavor-filled journey that countless people have savored and exclaimed, “Hmmm, yummy!!”.
